How Greenwood Records Reach the County

Greenwood Police sends an arrested person to county detention when jail intake is required, but the city keeps its own report. A municipal charge stays with the city court unless it is transferred or appealed. An indictable charge moves through the Eighth Circuit Solicitor and General Sessions. The flow can have gaps. SLED reported that fingerprints are the key connecting charges to the Computerized Criminal History repository. A Greenwood court case may exist even when CATCH lacks the cycle, especially where a direct indictment was not paired with new prints. Probation and parole are handled by SCDPPPS. The Greenwood office sits in courthouse room B-01 at 528 Monument Street, with mail routed to 600 Monument Street, Box P-111. Its public search uses name, SID, county, and year-of-birth combinations and shows prior-day data.

Greenwood Supervision Record Limits
